Does anyone out there have any information regarding marketing a Bed and Breakfast? I just got a fabulous listing for a 12 bedroom home on 16 acres with 600 feet of waterfront in Northern Michingan. It is currently zoned for a Bed and Breakfast. I do not know of any publications out there that reach this target market but was hoping tht someone out there may know of an avenue to market this. It is in the heart of our wine country and that may be another avenue to market to. Water table is too shallow to incorporate an actual winery on the site. Any suggestions that anyone has out there would be greatly appreciated.

Christine: First of all... welcome to Active Rain. This is a great place... and I'm glad you are here !
Now... there are several national registries for Bed 'n' Breakfasts that you should be able to find by Googling B 'n' B's. I am sure if you call some of them, and/or call some of the Bed 'n' Breakfasts they mention... the owners would surely be helpful to you. Give it a try ! Take care...
